Nick’s on Broadway + Yacht Club Soda: Lemon + Gin

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Pimm’s

1 oz Rhodium Gin

3 oz Yacht Club Lemon Soda

Cucumber

Lemon Wheel

Thyme Sprig

1. Build over rocks in stemmed wine glass

2. Stir gently to combine

3. Garnish with thin cucumber slice, thyme sprig, lemon wheel
